  • The main objectives of HVAC systems are as follows.
  • Control of temperature, Humidity air purity and correct pressurization to​ avoid contamination.
  • Provide comfort and healthy indoor environment in all floors and offices.
  • Provide special air filtration for sensitive areas to remove bacteria, high indoor quality, avoid cross contamination.

  • equipment by providing quality preventive maintenance, repair & service with the minimum amount of down time to our equipment.

HVAC Department is divided into three divisions:
  • Chillers Operation Section.
  • Preventive Maintenance Section.
  • BMS Section.
The Chillers Operation Section looks after the following.
  • Kawasaki Chiller
  • Shingling​ Chillers
  • Cooling Towers
  • All Main DB
The Maintenance division teams are responsible for the following.
  • All F AHUS
  • All AHUS
  • All Fan Coil Units
  • All Split Units
  • All Cooling Tower Shells.
  • All VRV Chillers
  • Refrigerators
  • Water Dispensers
  • Water Cooler
  • Ducting and Piping System with Duct Heaters
  • All Exhaust Fans
  • All floor HVAC Electrical DB.
BMS team is responsible for the following.
  • Program Updates
  • All Sensors Maintenance, Humidity, Temperature, Air Supply, OT Heaters, Dampers, Actuators.
HVAC Maintenance Section is responsible for the following.
  • Preventive maintenance (PM)
  • Corrective Maintenance
  • New Installations
  • Annual Maintenance of Cooling Towers
  • Annual Maintenance of Chillers
  • Annual Maintenance of F AHUS
  • Annual Maintenance of AHU
  • Annual Maintenance of FCU
  • Annual Maintenance of Splits
  • Annual Maintenance of VRV
  • Annual Maintenance of BMS
