Department of General Administration

​This institute comprises of several Departments, and one of those is the General Administration Department which plays a 'Pivotal Role.' The department is chaired by Dr. Tanweer Ahmed Chachar, who is working efficiently, honestly, arduously and has proven to be very dedicated to his work under the direct supervision of the C.O.O. Dr. Muhammad Sabir Memon.

The objective of this department is:

• To keep the Hospital functioning to its best level to serve our patients better.
• To stay abreast of the preferences and needs of our Health Services Users.
• To provide the best care that's up to the mark as per the Patient Safety and Health Care Quality Standard.
• To strategically manage issues to make a progressive impact.
• To provide to better our practices in Health Services, Hygiene, Patient Care, Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality Standards. ​​
